Al Gore is waging a fierce campaign for recognition and an Oscar statuette for his global warming documentary, while reviving talk that he's pursuing a bigger prize: the presidency.
Yeah, Al has been on Leno, Oprah(Lmao), and on the Today show. He's angling for President again. I don't think Gore has a shot. He doesn't appeal to anyone who's not a devout socialist. He sure doesn't appeal to me. Could you imagine anyone jumping on that bandwagon? God be with the poor horse marked to pull that mess. And Gore still thinks he was screwed out of the election in 2000, and I'm sure that motivates him too. Getting screwed in 2000 might be the only thing he has to offer, but I don't that's going to cut it.
Meanwhile, the rest of the I want to be president crowd are publishing cheesy books. Man, I'm sure literary history will be forever graced by this.
Hillary Clinton has re-released "It takes A Village" thus insuring she will be the butt of jokes from now until 2008, beyond if she wins. John McCain has also release another book describing historic decisions.
Others, Like JOhn KErry, John Edwards, Wesley Clark, and Barak Obama will soon release thier own personal little election pamplets.
Not to be outdone, our buddy Al Gore is going to soon release his book "The Assault on Reason", which one can only assume is Gore's biography.
