Did you all have a nice Xmas? I did but was too quiet as my family is in the plain states. And it has froze here for the last 3 nites. A hard freeze of all things and my yard now looks like crap. I had hot pink Bougy's(it's a schrub) in bloom and now they are black.
We are not into expensive gifts(I thought) but I did get a Sharper Image knife set from my older son. He caught me sharping knives on the edge of the concrete patio. lol I thought it was a nice gift. Evidently my oldest has fallen in love for the first time. He bought his girlfriend..half an English Bulldog to the tune of $1000. she bought the other half. lol The pups name is Roxie and is she a cutie. I guess $2000 is a bargain. Pet shops here want $4500. so that was my Christmas. I forgot I'm getting a kitten...just haven't gone to pick one out yet.
so what did you guys get?

I got a laptop that was my big present this year, I'm still trying to get use to it tho... now I can really start working on my old desk top, LMAO! I'll let ya know how it goes when I start... I wonder if it will be hard to take everything off of it and re run windows I have all the origanal disk that came with it, that's what I'm going to try and do anyway... how's your new cat doing kat? |
