So it's the Spurs and Cavs. Thursday night it all begins.
I'm not all that excited, but am looking forward to seeing how LeBron James plays in big games (missed about 95% of the playoffs), and to see if Tim Duncan and his guys can compete with a young team like the Cavs.
Your thoughts?

I don't relly keep up with the NBA, but even I noticed Jame's performance in Game 6. That rookie guard put the cavs ovet the Top in game 7. The question is, can a very young team sustain adequate intensity in the Championship series. Perhaps James is good enough to win it all with a couple of other players complimenting him.
Lol, Kobe sure isn't.
San Antonio in seven

Well, the Spurs pulled it out last night to take a 1-o lead in the series. LeBron James didn't have a great game. His shot was off and looked like a first championship participant. The Spurs can't rest though, LeBron has the ability to analize and adapt, like he did in the Conference Championship. I'm not counting Le Bron and the Cavs out, but they Cavs need to mature and quickly to have any chance.

Good prediction. The Cavs are playing like they are lost! I can't get over how inconsitent these guys are! That all goes to coaching, imo.
On the other hand, the Spurs play hard ball for 3 periods, then let up and still win! Great teams do great things in great games. I predict the Spurs win in Cleveland (at least the 1st game there)!

You sure called game 3 right. I figured Cleveland would have pulled that game out. Good thing I didn't have a chance to post that prediction. Good on you for your prediction. This fairly much seals it for San Antonio. I wonder if Cleveland wins a game at all?

Death to the Spurs!!!!! But it doesn't look like that is going to happen. One more game and the Spurs have it. CRAP! And...Steve Kerr just signed on to the Suns as general manager. They are thinking of letting Shawn Marion go. Are they freaking nuts. the Suns are on the verge to winning the big one. Another CRAP!! Dang where's the hissy fit smilley? this will do.

I think Cleveland will win the next game. I doubt that will matter, I don't see the cavs winning four in a row. Cleveland is young, they look good for the next couple of years.
You don't like the Pheonix Suns? I'll see if I can find a hissy fit smiley.

On a brighter note...football will start in what 2 months? Or preseason anyway.

Lol, real exciting! The ratings suffered, they were way down. I didn't think the Spurs would sweep. Perhaps the Cavs were tired from that 7 game series with Detroit.
