I know we have a sports forum, but no one has posted there lately, besides I'm lazy, I'm here already!! move if you so desire.......ok by me. What a game!! It was nip & tuck all the way till the last when The Buckeyes pulled away. Hub and I were up and down the whole game! We ate popcorn we didn't remember eating, it was a wild game. Gawd I love my Buckeyes! Oden is leaving for the pros next season, we sure hate that. On the local scene, our little hometown team played in State Tourament yesterday at "The Shott" in Columbus. They got beat by 2 points, what a heart breaker. But still what an honor to get that far. Hub and I love that roundball game Jessie

We'll move it to the Sports Forum later.
That was a good game the Buckeyes played, Congrads on the Final Four berth. The ACC last rep went down to Georgetown.
Clemson made it to the Final Four in the NIT. They'll play today if I'm not in error.

Mrs Jessie, if I was going to put money on it right now, It'd be Oh St to win it all. I think they're the best left. Florida get's hon mention, but I think Ohio St should pull it out. We'll find out soon.

It's alright, I got it.
We know now. It's going to be Fla vs the Buckeyes. I am completely neutral here. I guess I need to make a prediction. Hmmmmm
In all due respect to Mrs Jessie, I think Fla will edge Ohio St. I know there's more to the Buckeyes than Odom, and the Buckeyes are a great team. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they were to win it. But having to make a choice, I'll have to go with the experience Fla has. I know that's a bit of a retraction but I didn't think Fla would get passed UCLA. That kind of made me rethink.
Good luck to the Buckeyes. Maybe they'll prove me wrong. It certainly wouldn't be the first time, as we saw with the UCLA pick.

I didn't say they'd romp over you guys, I knew better than that. I didn't think Fla would get by UCLA. When they did, they way they did, they caused me to rethink my predictions.
You peeps in Ohio have nothing to be ashamed over. Ohio State had a great team this year, nothing can take that away from Ohio St or their fans. At least they made it to the title game. No one else can say that say that.
I almost hate it that Fla won. I don't care for Billy Donovan.

Oh yes, you have a great class coming in. There looks to be a very bright future for Buckeye basketball.
Donovan was offered the Kentucky job, but turned it down. 4 of Fla.'s top players are going pro. I wonder if Donovan knew that before he turned down the Kentucky job?
