The occupiers were desperately seeking any way possible to be relevant again. Who knew the Charlotte City Council would oblige them? So Charlotte has expanded Police Powers for the DNC. No Camping on City Property, no backpacks and ect ect ect. Charlotte is now a Police Municipality.
