Can't talk right now. She was put to sleep. My mom and I were with her to the end. Major pain.

You don,t know me Jane but I'm sorry to hear you lost your pet. It's hard, I know. I had to put down one of my cats a month ago for heart failure. And he just turned 11. This cat whose name was Patch would go on walks with me and my 3 dogs. Just tagged along behind us. Patch started doing that about 6 months ago. funniest thing ever. I sure miss him. My other cat a baby face persion(I think I spelled that wrong) keeps looking for him in all his hiding spots. Might be time for a kitten soon.

Thanks so much for the kind words. It's hard to believe she's been gone nearly a week. It has taken me that long to stop the crying and the overwhelming pain. It's still there, but we all know that she's in a better place with my other cat, Julius and no longer suffering.
I'm having my rugs professionally cleaned this coming Monday and will go right out and get a kitten. My place needs to be "kitten-proofed" Those little critters are like babies--putting everything in their mouths and I have to make sure that there are no pills on the floor for him or her to sample.
I'm sorry that you've experienced this kind of loss, but they say that time makes things less painful.
