This time Obama and Democrats are proposing to redifine salaried workers so that more of them get overtime.

On the surface, sounds like a great idea to promote fairness and equity. If you dig a lil below the surface, it'll end up hurting the very people it supposed to help. They'll get less hours therefore...less pay. They'll have to go on Food Stamps which will enable the left to complain about how Big Business is fostering dependency.
The next step is for the Dept of Labor to swoop down and dictate to business owners how much they have to pay themselves to be fair to themselves.
